SENNEBOGEN has developed the Americas’ largest network of factory-trained material handler technicians to support customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a growing network of service branches in South America.

Through our head office facilities in Stanley, NC,  our authorized equipment distributors and ASPs are supported by onsite and factory training, troubleshooting assistance, and personal field support from our technical specialists.

With the UPtime Maintenance Pro program, SENNEBOGEN set a universal standard for scheduled maintenance plans through our authorized distributors. The program provides a detailed check list for each service interval through the first 3 years or 2000 hours on all new machines, from the 718 tree care handler to the 875 Green Hybrid material handler.           

By extending our factory training program to customers at no charge, we have made their technicians a valued part of our support network.
