Introducing SENNEBOGEN Authorized Service Providers

Our vision at SENNEBOGEN is to be the most customer centric company in the material handling industry.

We are on a mission to maximize machine uptime, to decrease total cost of ownership, and increase business productivity. Over the years, we have developed value-added tools to help customers realize this mission in your business: UPtime and Preventive Maintenance Kits, free factory training for all customers, and North America’s largest inventory of parts exclusively for material handlers.
From customer feedback, we recognize that local service can be a frustration in some geographies. To eliminate this frustration and to keep SENNEBOGEN’s uptime promise, we are implementing a channel of service to expand local access to expert support.
Our new network of SENNEBOGEN Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) will complement the service network already in place. All new ASPs will be factory-trained by SENNEBOGEN to deliver high quality service.

Dealers are still dealers and can continue to support customers with SENNEBOGEN parts, technical service and equipment sales. ASPs will be an additional resource for qualified service.
