PSR Training (Product Support Representative)

Course Length: 1.5 days 

Course Format: In-Person (8 per class) 

Prerequisites: None 

Course Description: This course will show you how to conduct a detailed walkaround inspection that will let you recognize the customer’s parts and service needs based on current condition of the machine, operating conditions and duty cycles, recommended service intervals and component life expectancies, and risks and costs of consequential parts failure. 

This course will also introduce you to the proper operation of the machine and its controls as well as orientation to SENNEBOGEN parts catalogs, ordering procedures and service records. 

Certificate of Completion: No 

Training Manual: Training manuals will be provided in digital format and are free of charge. 

Cost: There is no fee for course attendance or course material for SENNEBOGEN dealers, staff, and customers.
