PSR Training

Module Length: 2 days

Module Format: In-Person (8 per class)

Prerequisites: Must complete online prerequisites

Module Description: This 2-day module will show you how to conduct a detailed walkaround inspection that will let you recognize the customer’s parts & service needs based on:

• Current condition of the machine
• Operating conditions and duty cycles
• Recommended service intervals and component life expectancies
• Risks and costs of consequential parts failure

The module will also introduce you to the proper operation of the machine and its controls as well as orientation to SENNEBOGEN parts catalogs, ordering procedures, and service records.

Certificate of Completion: Upon attaining an 80% or higher in assessments, you will receive a certificate of completion

Training Material: Training manuals will be provided in digital format and are free of charge

Cost: There is no fee for module attendance or course material for SENNEBOGEN dealers, staff and customers
