DESCRIPTION
This customer-facing role acts as a SENNEBOGEN brand ambassador and serves as front line support to Regional Business Managers (RBM), all departments, Dealers, Customers and Vendors by providing product and sales information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the day-to-day activities of the Sale Administration Department as instructed by your Manager or Supervisor
- With supervision, schedule the shipment of machines to the US, Canada, Mexico and South America
- Complete all required EPA and ISF documents that go to freight brokers
- Move machines from the arrival ports to the dealer or storage location as requested
- Review and accept dealer and customer orders for correctness
- Input orders into ERP system and allocate machines to meet the dealer requirements
- Supply order confirmations and invoices to our dealers and customers via email
- Quote standard machine, attachment and freight pricing to our dealers and regional sales managers.
- Communicate to our dealers and customers the arrival of the machines they have on order
- When needed, assist RBM’s with special requests for non-standard options being quoted on new machine orders
- Track weekly sales by Dealers via information obtained by our RBM’s and updating the weekly dealer sales report
- Track dealer inventory weekly using information provided by RBM’s
- Upload the required documents from the factory portal, print and build manuals for machines. Also build the manuals for attachments once the files are sent by attachment vendors
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A great understanding of heavy equipment is preferred
- Demonstrate a professional customer-centric attitude at all times and interact with individuals at all levels from mechanics to management
- Excellent prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter and demonstrated follow up
- Excellent communications skills with proven ability to speak confidently and professionally in small and large group settings to internal staff and management and external customers as well as demonstrate strong written communication skills with the ability to write in a well-organized and concise manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop high-quality working relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrates high level of accountability and professionalism in all dealings
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of the MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while coordinating activities with a variety of large teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills including demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Nationwide travel is required, long distance and international travel as necessary (0-15%)
- Must have a passport and clean driving record
