DESCRIPTION
This position assists the parts department with daily functions like returns and parts identification. In this position you will cross train with the parts department and hose department. Daily duties will include but are not limited to organizing and tracking returns and communication when they are complete. Training as a Parts Associate and Learning how to build Hydraulic hoses. Will be trained in engine core management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and submitting purchase orders for the Parts, Hose, Service, and Sales Department, informing the respective departments if immediate feedback is required (ETA, etc.).
- Following up with vendors and managing orders, lead times, and pricing.
- Keeping vendor/supplier database up to date.
- Processing quote requests.
- Maintain Engine core rotation in compliance with the EPA regulations.
- Assisting in inventory maintenance.
- Customs import assistance.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
