DESCRIPTION

Responsible for creating brand awareness by assisting with preparations for tradeshows and demos including ordering, organizing, packing, and sending booth materials; preparing presentations; coordinating collateral production with design agency; and managing social media pages. Develop tools and prepare reports to assist Regional Business Managers (RBM) with the sales process. Responsible for assisting RBMs with CRM issue resolution and responsible for reports.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Full-Cycle Management: Own the strategy and execution for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Engagement: Monitor trends and engage with our community to grow our following and brand presence.
  • Multimedia Production: Capture high-quality photography and video content optimized for each platform’s unique requirements.

Creative Design & Advertising

  • Ad Creation: Design high-performing advertisements tailored to various industries and target demographics.
  • Literature & Collateral: Create professional flyers, brochures, and digital graphics that support our sales and outreach efforts.
  • Merchandise Design: Get creative with our brand! Design hats, apparel, stickers, and other promotional items that people actually want to wear and use.

Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Campaign Management: Execute monthly marketing email campaigns targeting ASPs (Authorized Service Providers), End-Users, and other key segments.
  • Copywriting: Draft compelling subject lines and body copy that drive conversions.

Operational Support

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain the integrity of our CRM and business partner databases through regular data entry and updates.
  • General Support: Assist the marketing department with administrative tasks, event prep, and miscellaneous projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Adobe Expert: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a must.
  • Visual Storyteller: Strong background in photography and video production/editing.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven experience managing professional accounts across TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage technical data entry in a CRM while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable switching gears between designing a technical brochure and filming a “behind-thescenes” TikTok.

CORE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stationary Positions: Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for prolonged periods (usually 75%–100% of the time).
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to constantly operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment.
  • Visual Acuity: Ability to view a computer monitor for extended periods and read small print on documents.
  • Communication: Ability to frequently communicate with colleagues and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10–20 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper or marketing materials).
  • Indoor Setting: Work is consistently performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting and temperature control.
  • Noise Level: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (typical of a business office with computers and printers).
